TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
Our company's services are regulated by terms and conditions. We reserve the terms of service change and delete content right. Details are as follows:
- Please fill in and subscribe Order Form / Quotation / Purchase Order for purchasing purposes. Oral orders are NOT accepted.
- Unless proven the reasons of our company, purchase orders are NOT cancelable after the submission of purchase Order Form / Quotation / Purchase Order.
- This receipt will NOT serve its intended purpose until the cheque has been duly honored if payment is made by cheque. Anyone who asked for payment of cash upon delivery ought to pay prior to delivery.
- The catalog’s price and quotation are valid for 14 days; please call us to confirm the latest price before ordering.
- Any pipe or pillar products exceeding 2 meters in length are NOT to be delivered up stairs.
- If any customer requires a replacement, the customer must send written notification to our company. As for the repair of product, we could either fix it accordingly or being replaced by a new one. When no damages or damages for customer are found after inspection, our company has the right for asking compensation.
- Replace if NOT improper use. Unless there are defects on the products themselves, in which case they can be replaced by a new one of the same model, there would NOT be any refund or replacement. All items can be returned once. Lighting products can be returned within 48 hours after delivery; lighting components can be returned within one week. Other products such as plastic and metal products are NOT returnable.
- Amount paid would not be transferred without our written consent.
- A 5% overdue payment charge applies if payments are not settled by the due date.
- If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or Typhoon Signal Number 8 or higher is hoisted on the day of delivery, we shall select the delivery for other day.
