SMART LIGHTING CONTROL
VIVE is LUTRON's latest smart lighting control system which is simple, scalable and wireless. VIVE can be easily installed in a single space, whole floor or entire building and the system is fully compatible with DESL's lighting products. VIVE is designed to create the right environment for occupants working or learning in the spaces, while saving energy and operation costs.
VIVE's major functions include -
- User-friendly Control of Lights – Wireless keypads allow simple switching, dimming, preset scenes control, master control, multi-way control…etc.
- Energy Conservation – Programmable automatic control for wireless occupancy sensors and/or wireless daylight sensors, energy-efficient devices effectively reduce energy wastage.
- Wireless Devices – Wireless operated keypads & sensors, eliminate the requirement of conduit installation and wiring.
- Control of Mobile APP (Application) – Allows client’s facility management staff to easily manage the lighting system
- Report & Monitoring – Simple Report of Electricity Consumption, plus optional software for monitoring of lighting & occupancy status
- Seamless BMS (Building Management System) Integration – Allow BMS to monitor and control the lighting system via BACnet IP.
